First of all, I did not call this company. All Ways was somehow contracted by the locksmith I had called in Wauwatosa. They sent a very polite, yet inexperienced, young lad who spent 2.5 hours re-keying 5 locks. After 1 hour, all three locks had problems, allthough he thought he was finished. He came back in and worked another long time. By that time, one lock was scraping on a screw, another one was missing a screw (we found it eventually), the levers on all the lock were the opposite of what they were...etc. I was just glad to be able to lock the doors since I had to leave. When I tried to call the locksmith whom I initially requested, I could not find the number. So i called the number of Luke, the Boss. The number has no identification and nobody answers. I called Clark, the young man back asking him to get me in touch with his boss Luke. I was told that Luke has no way of finding out who sent him to my house. When I said that that was nonsense, he told me that it would take Luke a very long time and he was a busy man. I found all of this very strange. I am still trying to get somebody who will put the levers the way they are supposed to be! Watch for part II of this saga!
