How long have you been in business?
Over five years. However, I have over 27 years of real estate experience. Sixteen of these years as a licensed real estate agent/broker.
What is your primary product or service?
Help clients sell their most expensive possession, or help buyers find their dream home.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I fell in love with real estate when I was eighteen. I renovated my first home and I still own it 24 years later. I have the same tenant there for the past 20 years. I try to be a good landlord because a happy tenant pays the rent on time. I also "flip" homes for a living and this allowed me to become an agent and help people find other homes for them. Now I am a full time broker with my own company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
REALiTEAM is a family owned company that gives attention to the little, but important, things in a real estate transaction. For example, if I think a home is not right for my client, I will give them my opinion and they can decide for themselves. I'm not only in business to make money, I want my clients to be happy and positive they are making the right decision. Another difference is that we purchase a one year home warranty for all our clients and we provide our in-house attorney's services at all of our closings for free.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We opened our first location in Greenfield, WI. We chose Greenfield because of its central location in the Milwaukee area. We are just minutes from every suburb and downtown Milwaukee. For expansion, you never know.

Take I-894 and exit at the 60th street ramp. Go north on 60th until you reach Forest Home Ave. Turn right (northeast) onto Forest Home. Travel about three blocks until you see our address or sign.

We handle all real estate transactions, but we specialize in residential real estate.
